  1. Balance: Schools now have 4x science and 2x power usage.
  2. Balance: Wholesale center requires 10 different resources to unlock.
  3. Balance: Universities do not require books any more (expansion pack 1).
  4. New Building: Polytechnics use semiconductors to produce science.
  5. New Policy: Knowledge Through Steel - steel mills use 2x input and produce extra science.
  6. New Map: Detroit.
  7. New Map: Boston (expansion pack 1).
  8. Bugfix: Correct the description of Hearts of Iron policy.
  9. Expansion pack owners will have a * next to the name in leaderboard as well.
  10. You can only send one chat message every 10 seconds (doesn’t apply to expansion pack owners).
